The Cathay Pacific The Pier Business Class Lounge at Hong Kong airport received a complete facelift, along with a significant expansion, in May 2016. Despite humongous dimensions – at over 35,500 sqf. (3,300 sqm), the lounge seats 500 passengers and is Cathay Pacific’s largest worldwide – the space exudes a serene and luxurious vibe, with a strong residential atmosphere. The designers want The Pier to feel like a home away from home, with a décor that emphasizes natural materials, light, and privacy.
