The so-called “SkyTeam Lounge” at São Paulo Guarulhos Airport is a bit of a misnomer. Unlike traditional SkyTeam Lounges, the club doesn’t honor alliance-wide benefits. Operated in partnership with Global Lounge Network, the SkyTeam Lounge GRU is a pay-in lounge that happens to welcome Air Europa and Aeromexico premium and elite customers. If you’re flying on any other SkyTeam carrier, expect to be turned away unless you buy your way in or present other acceptable credentials, such as Priority Pass.
