Opened in march 2017, the new Qantas domestic Business Lounge at Brisbane airport builds upon the success of the posh new [Qantas International Premium Lounge](https://loungereview.com/lounges/qantas-international-premium-lounge-bne/), which opened its doors in October 2016. The remodeled clubs are part of a broad partnership between the airport and the airlines to rejuvenate the ground experience at Australia’s third business hub. The design of the Qantas Business Lounge was largely inspired by the International Premium Lounge, and draws from “the beauty of Queensland’s landscape”, according to Qantas. Bathed in natural light, the club uses finishes which reflect the surrounding scenery through the use of local wood and other natural materials.
